Lemon Sgroppino
Imagine your sorbet's had a few.
This is the story of what happened when a chef and a bartender got hold of an old Italian classic and just couldn't leave it the f*ck alone. With all of the respect and none of the doily, they mucked around till it no longer resembled a relic destined to gather frost in the freezer but a family of liqueurs made for the right here and now.
Our lemony one. Everything we love about limoncello, with extra vibrancy and thirst quenching bite. Sweet, sour and dangerously sessionable: a shooter, Sgroppino or the brightest Spritz in the room.
Our juicy one. Bright green melon, sweet and refreshing: and suddenly it’s summer. Perfect slammed ice cold, or stretched into a highball when you’re not quite done with the night.
Built for drinking (in this decade). Easier to drink than the old-world stuff, find 'em in a shaker or spritz (not gathering frost in the freezer). Bellissimo, but make it Bondi.
