Errors and omissions
We work hard to keep this site accurate, but mistakes happen. We can update or correct anything on it at any time.
Links to other sites
We link to stockists, social platforms and other sites we don’t run. We’re not responsible for their content.
Intellectual property
The name, the label, the Juggler and the Surfer, our photos, graphics and marketing material belong to CHELL-OH PTY LTD or our suppliers. Please ask before using them.
Password security
If you have an account, keep your password to yourself. We’re not responsible for access to your account caused by a shared or careless password.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at the wrong price, we can cancel or decline orders at that price, even after payment. If we do, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.
Product availability
Everything is sold while stocks last. If something sells out after you order, we’ll let you know and you can choose something of equal value or a full refund.
Delivery
We deliver within Australia only. Timings, costs and the 18+ delivery rules are in Shipping and returns. Once your order is on its way, it’s up to you to make sure the delivery address is right.
Dry areas
We don’t deliver to areas where alcohol is restricted by law, including some communities in the NT, WA, QLD and SA. Orders to these areas will be cancelled and refunded.
Risk
Once your order is delivered, it’s in your hands.
Returns
We can’t take back alcohol for a change of mind.
If there’s an issue with your order, including anything that arrives damaged or faulty, get in touch through our contact form within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and the packaging. We’ll look into it and let you know next steps. Where the issue is our error, we’ll cover any return postage.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, we process it within 30 days of confirming the issue, back to your original payment method.
Force majeure
We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by things outside our control. We’ll let you know about any delay and how long we expect it to take. If it drags on, either of us can cancel the order and you’ll get a full refund.
Drink responsibly
We support responsible drinking. Drinking too much alcohol can be harmful to your health. We won’t sell or deliver to anyone who is, or appears to be, intoxicated, and we can refuse, limit or cancel an order to meet our liquor licence obligations.
Minimum age of delivery
- You must be 18 or over to order, and the person who receives the order must be 18 or over.
- You need a delivery address in Australia.
- NSW law requires us to ask for your date of birth before checkout. We keep it for that reason.
- Our courier will check ID and won’t hand over the order to anyone who can’t show they’re 18 or over.
- It’s an offence to buy alcohol for someone under 18.
Special offers and discount codes
We can end a special offer at any time without notice. One code per order unless we say otherwise. Codes can’t be swapped for cash.
Overseas delivery
Our liquor licence covers sales within Australia only, so we can’t ship overseas.
State laws
- NSW. Under the Liquor Act 2007 it’s against the law to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under 18, or to buy alcohol on their behalf.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
Privacy
What this covers
CHELL-OH PTY LTD handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This explains what we collect, why, who sees it and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Contact and delivery details: name, email, phone, and delivery and billing addresses.
- Your date of birth, to confirm you’re 18 or over. NSW liquor law requires it.
- Order details: what you bought, when, and how you paid. Card details go straight to the payment provider.
- Account details, if you create an account.
- What you send us, including contact and wholesale enquiries (business name, role and venue).
- Newsletter sign-ups: first name, email and your consent.
- How you use the site: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed and cart activity, through cookies and similar tools.
- Reviews and photos you choose to share.
How we collect it
Mostly from you, when you order, sign up or get in touch. Some automatically, through cookies. Some from our service providers, like delivery updates from couriers and fraud checks from payment providers.
Why we use it
- To take, deliver and look after your orders.
- To meet our liquor licence obligations, including age checks and the records we have to keep.
- To reply when you get in touch.
- To send marketing you’ve signed up for.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To see how the site is used and make it better.
- To meet other legal obligations, like tax records.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails or texts if you’ve opted in. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and we action it within five business days. We may use your email or site activity to show you ads on platforms like Meta and Google. You can switch this off in the cookie banner or your ad settings on those platforms.
Cookies
We use cookies to run the cart, remember your age check and measure how the site is used. Where cookies are used for advertising, you can say no in the cookie banner. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of the site working.
Who we share it with
Only as much as they need to do their job:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments.
- Payment providers.
- Couriers and delivery partners.
- Email, reviews, analytics and advertising tools.
- Our professional advisers.
- Regulators, police or courts where the law requires it, including Liquor & Gaming NSW.
We don’t sell your personal information.
Overseas
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in Canada, the United States and Europe. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Automated decisions
We don’t make decisions that significantly affect you using automated processing alone. If Shopify’s fraud checks flag an order, we review it ourselves before cancelling.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored on secure platforms, and only people who need it can access it. We keep it for as long as we need it, including as long as tax and liquor laws require, then delete or de-identify it.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Ask through our contact form. We’ll reply within 30 days, and may need to confirm who you are first. Some records, like orders, we have to keep by law.
Under 18s
This site isn’t for anyone under 18. If we learn we’ve collected information from someone under 18, we’ll delete it, except anything the law says we must keep.
Complaints
Get in touch through our contact form first and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not happy with the answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Changes
We’ll update this policy when things change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
